Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you book a Blueprint, fill out a form, call us, or work with us, you may provide:
- Contact details — your name, email address, phone number, and business name.
- Booking details — the date and time you select and any information the scheduling form asks for.
- Payment details — processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction data, but not your full card number.
- Business information — the operational, marketing, and technology details you choose to share with us before or during your Blueprint or a project, so we can advise you accurately.
- Communications — the content of emails, calls, messages, and forms you send us.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, our hosting and delivery provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and the pages you request. This is standard server and security data used to serve and protect the Site.
The Site does not run our own advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling, and we do not build advertising profiles about you. We keep the Site deliberately lean.
Cookies & Similar Technologies
The Site itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies of its own. Some cookies or similar technologies may be set by the trusted tools we embed so they can function:
- Booking & payment — when you use the scheduling and payment experience on our booking page, our booking provider (HighLevel / LeadConnector) and payment processor (Stripe) may set cookies that are necessary to load the tool, keep your session, and process payment securely.
- Fonts — we load typography from Google Fonts. This does not set advertising cookies, but it does involve a request to Google that includes your IP address so the fonts can be delivered.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies used by the booking or payment tools may prevent those tools from working correctly. If we introduce analytics or other cookies in the future, we will update this policy.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Schedule, confirm, and deliver your Domin8 Blueprint™ and any services you engage us for.
- Process payments and keep records of your transactions.
- Respond to your inquiries and provide support.
- Prepare your Blueprint and deliverables based on the information you share.
- Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and service-related messages.
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site and our services.

Booking, Scheduling & CRM
Our booking, scheduling, forms, and customer relationship management run on HighLevel / LeadConnector. When you book a session or submit a form, the details you provide are stored in that system so we can manage your appointment and our relationship with you.
Information handled through this platform is used to schedule and deliver your session, keep a record of our contact, and follow up about your Blueprint and services. This provider processes that information on our behalf under its own security and privacy commitments.
Payments
Payments for the Domin8 Blueprint™ and other services are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Stripe collects and processes your payment card information directly and securely. We do not receive or store your full card number.
We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with limited related details such as the amount, date, and the name and contact information associated with the transaction. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
Communications
When you provide your email address or phone number, we may contact you about your booking, your Blueprint, and the services you engage us for, including confirmations, reminders, and follow-up. Where you provide a mobile number and applicable law requires it, message and reminder sending is based on your consent.
You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time by replying to unsubscribe, following the opt-out instructions in a message, or emailing [email protected]. We may still send you essential messages about an active booking or engagement.
Voice AI Calls
We offer a Voice AI line that answers calls with an automated AI system. When you call that line, your call may be processed, recorded, and transcribed so the system can understand your request, answer questions, capture your details, and schedule an appointment. The resulting information may be stored in our CRM so we can follow up.

Service Providers
We rely on a small set of trusted providers to run the Site and our services. Each processes information only as needed to provide its service to us:
