Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at domin8withai.com (the "Site") and the services offered by Domin8 With AI, LLC ("Domin8 With AI," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, booking the Domin8 Blueprint™, or engaging us for any service, you agree to these Terms.

If you are using the Site or our services on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms for that organization, and "you" refers to that organization.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase our services.

Who We Are

Domin8 With AI, LLC is an operational and AI infrastructure company based in Slidell, Louisiana. We help business owners design and build intelligent operating systems: AI-ready websites, AI search visibility, voice AI, CRM, workflow automation, knowledge systems, and the connective tissue between them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Site or purchase our services. Our services are built for business owners and organizations and are intended for commercial, not personal, use.

Our Services

Everything we offer begins with the Domin8 Blueprint™ and, where you choose to build with us, extends into implementation. Depending on what your business needs, our work may include:

• The Domin8 Blueprint™ — a paid strategic assessment of how your business operates and where AI creates value.
• AI Websites — websites engineered for people and for search engines, AI assistants, and answer engines.
• AI Search Visibility — structured data, schema, entity optimization, and E-E-A-T, SEO, AEO, and GEO work.
• Voice AI — an AI system that answers calls, qualifies leads, captures details, and books appointments.
• CRM Intelligence & Workflow Automation — a system of record and automations that move work through your business.
• Knowledge Systems, Analytics, and Related Services — the supporting infrastructure that makes the system run.

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any implementation work are defined in a separate written proposal or statement of work that we agree with you before that work begins. Where a proposal conflicts with these Terms on a project-specific point, the proposal controls for that project.

The Domin8 Blueprint™

The Domin8 Blueprint™ is a premium strategic assessment delivered live during a 60-minute executive strategy session. It is not a discovery call, a sales demo, or a free consultation. It is working strategy.

During the session we identify revenue leaks, operational bottlenecks, and AI opportunities across your business. You receive a personalized Domin8 Blueprint™ document that includes, where applicable, a revenue leak analysis, workflow mapping, a technology assessment, an AI opportunity matrix, a website and AI-visibility review, an operational infrastructure plan, and a 90-day roadmap.

The Blueprint reflects our professional analysis and recommendations. It is strategic guidance for your business and is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. Business outcomes depend on many factors within your control, so we do not guarantee specific revenue, savings, rankings, or results.

Implementation Services

If you choose to build with us after your Blueprint, the work, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and fees will be set out in a written proposal or statement of work.

Websites and AI visibility

Unless your proposal says otherwise, you are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, brand assets, and any required access. Search, AI-visibility, and ranking outcomes depend on factors controlled by third parties, including search engines and AI platforms, and cannot be guaranteed.

Voice AI and automation

Voice AI, CRM, and automation services rely on third-party platforms and telecommunications networks and on the accuracy of the information and access you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of these services, including any recorded or automated communications, complies with the laws that apply to your business and your customers.

Ongoing services

Some services are provided on a recurring or subscription basis. Billing frequency, renewal, and cancellation terms for those services are described in your proposal.

Booking & Payment

You book the Domin8 Blueprint™ through the scheduling tool on our booking page, which is powered by our booking and CRM provider (HighLevel / LeadConnector). Payment is processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

The Blueprint is a one-time investment of $500 USD, payable at the time of booking unless we agree otherwise in writing. Fees for implementation services are stated in your proposal and are due as described there. All fees are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of any taxes that may apply.

By submitting payment, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the amount shown for the service you selected.

Rescheduling & Refunds

Because your Blueprint is delivered live and the resulting plan is yours to keep, the following policy applies to the Domin8 Blueprint™:

If something comes up outside of these situations, contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you in good faith. Refund terms for implementation services, if any, are stated in your proposal.

Your Responsibilities

To get value from our work, and to keep everything running smoothly, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when you book and when you work with us.
• Supply the content, materials, and access we reasonably need to deliver your services, in a timely way.
• Ensure you have the rights to any content, data, logos, or credentials you share with us.
• Use the Site and services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
• Keep any account credentials we may issue to you confidential.

Acceptable Use

When using the Site or our services, you agree not to:

• Break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or help anyone else do so.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or any connected accounts.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Site or the platforms our services run on.
• Introduce malware, scrape the Site through automated means without permission, or reverse engineer our systems.
• Copy, resell, or redistribute our methods, materials, or deliverables except as permitted in these Terms or your proposal.
• Use our services to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited communications.

We may suspend or end access to the Site or services if you materially breach these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The Site, its design, copy, graphics, and code, along with the Domin8 methodology, frameworks, templates, and processes, are owned by Domin8 With AI, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. The names and marks Domin8 With AI, Domin8 Blueprint™, Domin8 Operating System™, and The Living Business™ are our marks and may not be used without our written permission.

What belongs to you

The finished Domin8 Blueprint™ document we prepare for your business is yours to keep and use for your own business purposes. For implementation projects, ownership of the specific deliverables we create for you (such as your website content and configuration) transfers to you as described in your proposal, typically upon full payment.

What remains ours

Our underlying methods, frameworks, templates, know-how, and any pre-existing or general tools we use to produce your deliverables remain our property. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of those to you.

What belongs to you already

You keep all rights to the content, data, and materials you provide to us. You grant us a limited license to use them only as needed to deliver your services.

Third-Party Platforms

The Site and our services rely on trusted third-party platforms, including HighLevel / LeadConnector for booking, forms, and CRM, Stripe for payments, Google Fonts for typography, Cloudflare for hosting and delivery, and AI providers used to power certain features and deliverables.

Your use of these platforms may also be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or content of third parties, and their inclusion does not imply our endorsement of anything beyond the service we use them for.

AI-Generated Work

We build with AI, and some of what we deliver, including parts of the Blueprint, website content, and automated communications, may be produced or assisted by AI systems and reviewed by us before delivery.

AI outputs can occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing deliverables and any AI-assisted communications before you rely on or publish them. AI-assisted content is provided for your business use and is not a substitute for legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice.

Disclaimers

The Site and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that our services will produce any specific business result. Our recommendations are professional opinions, and outcomes depend on factors including your market, your execution, and third-party platforms we do not control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Domin8 With AI, LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site or a service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for that service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Domin8 With AI, LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or services, or the content, data, or instructions you provide to us.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or our services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site or our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
